Founder of Rotary Club of Saipan in March 22, 1968. Sablan joined the Guam Rotary Club in May 1957 while working as Sales Manager of the Atkins, Kroll Automotive Division, Distributor for GM and Toyota cars. Sablan is still a member of Rotary Club of Saipan today January 2018, a total of 61 years.
